Shipments and Returns Policy

Our intent is to despatch all orders the following business day, subject to the availability of stock after receipt of payment.

Our UK parcels are normally shipped via Royal Mail parcel service or if more appropriate by a reputable courier. We can ship products to most countries in the world and will quote a specific price for this service on request.

The default Royal Mail service is fully tracked, details of which can be found on https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/  and will normally take 2 - 3 days to arrive after the date of dispatch. Delivery will be Monday - Friday. Unfortunately, we cannot specify a Saturday delivery with this service.

We charge a single fee for postage per order regardless of the number of items. The items will be placed in a single parcel up to a maximum weight of 15Kgs / length 120cm. Should any additional shipping costs be incurred you will be informed asap.

Normally shipping fees, handling and packing fees are inclusive in the postage.

For extraordinary products, additional shipping cost will be itemised. Postage costs are applied per order. We cannot combine orders. Your order will be securely packaged to ensure the safe delivery of your goods.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know as soon possible and within 30 days of the purchase. It is very important that any unwanted purchases, unless faulty, are returned in a re-saleable condition. This means the item is returned in its original undamaged packaging with all the original labels intact.

The item, of course, should not have been used or worn.

If the item purchased is the incorrect size and has not been bespoke for your use, we will be happy to exchange it.

Products we are unable to cancel, refund or exchange

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges, unless faulty or not as described, on the following items:

  • Products which have been personalised for you.
  • Made to order products or made to measure items.
  • Perishable goods.
  • "Licenced" products that have been opened
  • Bespoke Club Shop Embroidered and Printed items unless found to be faulty

Return Procedure

If you are unhappy with your purchase please let us know as soon as possible and we will attempt to remedy the situation.

You may return the item in person to our Brentwood Store.

For a full refund, you will require a copy of your order.
